ThisWay in Coralville, IA is seeking a Part Time Shift Coordinator to support daily store operations, including opening and closing event activities, while upholding safety, customer service, product quality, and cleanliness standards.

You will engage customers through product demonstrations, assist team members on shift, and help with setup and breakdown of demonstration carts and samples.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• Availability to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Ability to prepare, cook, and clean work areas and equipment.
