Position Details

We are hiring part-time Trash Collectors (Service Valets) to help keep communities clean and safe. Responsibilities include collecting bagged trash from residents’ doorsteps and transporting it to on-site dumpsters or compactors using your own pickup truck or trailer-equipped vehicle. This physically demanding role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, walking, climbing stairs, and handling waste.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
• Valid driver’s license & auto insurance listing you as a covered driver
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required at hire)
• Smartphone with data plan

Physical & Mental Toughness

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Willing to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
• Comfortable working around trash, odors, and waste
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Benefits

• Pay: Up to $20/hour
• Schedule: Evening shifts, typically Sunday through Thursday, starting at 7:00 or 8:00 PM
