Role Overview

We are hiring part-time Trash Collectors (Service Valets) to keep communities clean and safe. Responsibilities include collecting bagged trash from residents’ doorsteps and transporting it to the dumpster or compactor using your own pickup truck or trailer. This physically demanding role requires walking, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable open-bed pickup truck or trailer-equipped vehicle is required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance listing you as a covered driver.
• Proof of legal work authorization in the U.S.
• Smartphone with data plan for our mobile app.

Physical & Mental Demands

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort with walking long distances, climbing stairs, and working outdoors.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: Up to $20/hour
• Schedule: Evening shifts, typically Sunday through Thursday, starting at 7:00 or 8:00 PM
• Part-Time: 10–15+ hours/week
