Must have a reliable open-bed pickup truck, or a vehicle with a trailer to be eligible.

We are hiring part-time Trash Collectors (Service Valets) to help keep communities clean and safe. Responsibilities include collecting bagged trash from residents’ doorsteps and transporting it to the dumpster or compactor using your own pickup truck or trailer-equipped vehicle. This is physical, outdoor work, rain or shine, involving walking the property and climbing stairs each night.

Ideal candidates are those who show up, work hard, and enjoy staying active.

What You’ll Get

• Pay: $18 per hour
• Schedule: Evening shifts, typically Sunday through Thursday, starting at 7:00 or 8:00 PM
• Part-Time: 10–15+ hours per week
• Close-to-Home Assignments: We aim to assign you to a property near your residence

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Age: 18 years or older
• Your Own Reliable Ride: Open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
• Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance: Must list you as a covered driver
• Authorized to Work in the U.S.: Proof required at hire
• Smartphone with Data Plan: Necessary for our mobile app

Physical & Mental Toughness Required

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
• Comfortable working around trash, odors, and waste
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
