Qualifications

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience, preferably in apartment or multi-site settings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform physically active tasks.

• Respond to maintenance requests with a customer-first mindset.
• Prepare apartments for move-in fast and defect-free.
• Keep curb appeal and common areas in top shape.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Support special projects and preventative maintenance.
