Store - GILROY, CA

Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for. Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience. Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store including maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Helping customers shop, locate products, and providing solutions
  2. Providing a fast and friendly checkout experience; executing cash handling to standards
  3. Engaging customers on the benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and completing enrollments
  4. Educating customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
  5. Assisting with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
  6. Participating in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
  7. Completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the return/go back process and store recovery
  8. Performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
  9. Supporting shrink and safety programs
  10. Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure compliance
  11. Interacting respectfully with others, maintaining a positive attitude, and promoting the organization’s values
  12. Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production
Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • Standing for long periods, moving throughout the store, bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching
  • Lifting heavy boxes, using ladders for high shelves
  • Work includes nights, weekends, early mornings, and outdoor activities

Applicants must be at least 16 years old and meet legal requirements. The pay range is $17.25 - $20.30 per hour.
