Graybar is seeking a Part-Time Service Center Warehouse Material Handler in the Charlotte metropolitan area. The role involves receiving, storing, selecting, packing, and shipping warehouse inventory while leveraging our Warehouse Management System.

You will operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts; maintain safety and cleanliness; and participate in daily safety inspections. Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old with reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Experience in large warehouse environments preferred.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to perform physical labor including lifting, climbing ladders, and standing for long periods.
• Reliable and safety-conscious in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and push carts.
• Receive and store incoming material in accordance with warehouse management system process.
• Select, pack and palletize shipments.
• Sort and pack less-than-truckload shipments; conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain clean warehouse and follow safety procedures; perform daily safety inspections.

Are you ready?As a Part-Time Service Center Warehouse Material Handler, you will ensure products get where they need to be. You will receive, store, select, pack, and ship warehouse inventory. Our Zone utilizes a Warehouse Management System so technology is required to perform this job.
