Empire State Bank is seeking a part-time Service Associate (Universal Banker) to float between our Staten Island banking centers. The role involves creating a positive and friendly customer experience, developing and deepening customer relationships by understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products and services. Responsibilities include opening accounts, processing transactions, presenting products and services, and educating customers on Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ATMs, and technology at service stations.
