Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group seeks a friendly server to join our dining team in Columbus, Ohio. This part-time role supports residents and guests, delivering meals with care and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

You will stand for long periods, work 7am-2pm or 4pm-7:30pm shifts, and collaborate with staff to ensure timely service. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training provided.

• Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service and consistently display an attitude that fosters a teamwork environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a professional manner and please residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform side work and setup/breakdown duties.
• Ensure high-quality food is delivered in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional hygiene.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Handle resident concerns and complaints professionally.
• Follow all Dining Services Standards of service.
