Job summary

The Blake at Colonial Club is seeking a friendly Server to deliver gracious dining and beverage service to residents and guests in a resort-style senior living environment.

You will assist in Bar and Coffee Shop operations, guide guests through menus, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and hospitality while supporting special events and daily dining activities.

Qualifications

• Must have caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• ServSafe certification if required by state.
• Food server/hospitality experience required.
• Bar Card preferred if state allows.
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends and events.
• Knowledge of a POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents and guests receive gracious hospitality and a pleasant dining experience.
• Assist in Bar and Coffee Shop as scheduled.
• Guide guests through menus with thorough food/beverage knowledge.
• Maintain appearance, hygiene, and health standards in dining areas.
• Take accurate orders and coordinate with team for timely service.
• Set and reset tables per company standards.
• Assist with meal preparation if requested.
• Maintain stock levels of bar, coffee shop and front of house.
• Support with special events and activities as requested.

We are currently looking for a Server for The Blake at Colonial Club

Primary Responsibilities of the Server

• Ensure that all residents and guests receive gracious hospitality and have a pleasant dining experience.
• Assist in Bar and Coffee Shop as scheduled.
• Guiding guests through menus, demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food and beverages.
• Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards in all dining areas.
• Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to deliver great food in an organized manner as to deliver prompt, world class service
• Sets and reset tables in line with company standards.
• Assist with meal preparation if requested.
• Assist with maintaining stock levels of bar, coffee shop and front of the house.
• Assist with special events and activities as requested

Requirements
