Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a part-time Server to join our dining team in Wilbraham, MA. You will welcome residents, take meals and beverage orders, and help maintain a clean, inviting dining room that supports a warm, family-like atmosphere.

Shifts are mornings (6:30am–2:30pm) with pay at $15–$16 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits program and opportunities to grow within a company committed to diversity and a supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Must follow written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of dietary procedures and Health Department regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prompt and efficient service for residents.
• Able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and serve meals.
• Set up and deliver meal trays and food carts.
• Assist residents with meal selection and special needs.
• Set up dining room for next meal.
• Assist in inventorying supplies.
