Job summary

QSL Management seeks a Part-Time Server for Laurel Grove by Barclay House in North Carolina. Join a senior living team committed to hospitality, wellness, and a warm, resort-style environment for residents and guests.

You will greet guests, take orders, assist in the bar and coffee shop, guide menus, set tables, and help with events. A High School Diploma or GED and SERV Safe certification are preferred; prior food service experience is required.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of a POS system.
Willingness to work with the elderly in a senior living environment and provide hospitality.

Responsibilities

Ensure residents and guests receive gracious hospitality and a pleasant dining experience.
Assist in Bar and Coffee Shop as scheduled.
Guide guests through menus with thorough knowledge of food and beverages.
Maintain standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health in all dining areas.
Take accurate orders and work with team to deliver prompt, world-class service.
Set and reset tables per company standards.
Assist with meal preparation if requested.
Assist with maintaining stock levels of bar, coffee shop and front of house.
Assist with special events and activities as requested.
