• engaging with residents in a friendly and respectful manner
• creating a sense of community through meaningful interactions
• taking guest orders and ensuring accuracy of food and beverages being served
• ensuring each guests' dining experience is tailored to their preferences and individual needs
• assisting in organizing and catering special events, parties, and functions within the community
• serving as hosts during special functions, fostering a lively and enjoyable atmosphere
• addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
• assisting in clearing and cleaning tables promptly and resetting for next meal service
• working closely with kitchen staff, food service managers, and other team members to ensure seamless coordination in delivering exceptional service
