Golden Owl Tavern, located inside UNC Charlotte Marriott, is seeking a friendly part-time server to join our team. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and help ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 3+ months of experience in a similar server role preferred.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Basic cash-handling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet and take orders, serve meals and drinks, accommodate special requests.
• Be attentive to guests and maintain service standards throughout the dining experience.
• Restock and complete opening/closing side duties as required.
• Memorize menu items and daily specials to answer questions and upsell.
• Keep dining areas clean and organized to meet health standards.
