The McCormick Scottsdale, part of Millennium Hotels & Resorts, invites you to join a guest-focused team as a Server. You will take food and beverage orders, deliver meals and drinks, and ensure a warm, efficient dining experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Greet guests promptly and courteously.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately take and enter guest orders into the POS system.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver meals and drinks accurately and promptly.
• Ensure a positive dining experience and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to provide efficient service.
• Prepare guest checks and handle payments accurately.
• Assist with table setup, cleaning, and resetting as needed.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and service policies.
