Job summary

Vinson Hall, a premier retirement community in McLean, Virginia, is seeking a part-time, non-exempt Server to assist dining services for residents. Under supervision, you will attend to residents in your assigned dining room section and help ensure service areas run smoothly, while keeping dining spaces clean and inviting.

We value individuals who enjoy working with the elderly and can provide pleasant, helpful service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of one-year dining experience preferred.
• Desire to associate with elderly population, displaying pleasant, helpful behavior.

Responsibilities

• Tend to the dining services needs of residents in an assigned section of the dining room.
• Supervise smooth operation of service areas.
• Maintain clean and aesthetically appealing dining areas.
• May prepare trays for room service or pickups.
