Job summary

Mainstreet Village, a Presbyterian Homes & Services community in Richfield, MN, seeks a Server/Dietary Aide to create a high quality dining experience and assist with meal preparation, dining room prep and service.

This part-time role is scheduled every other weekend, with benefits for 20–29 hours per week or more for 30+ hours, and a starting pay range of $19.09 to $20.59 per hour. Join a faith-based nonprofit focused on enriching the lives of older adults and delivering compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS' mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Responsibilities

• The Server / Dietary Aide is responsible for creating a high quality dining experience for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.
