The Industrialist, located in downtown Pittsburgh, seeks an experienced Bartender to join the Food & Beverage team. You will prepare drinks for bar and dining guests, greet patrons, and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar while ensuring friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include handling payments, checking IDs, and coordinating drink delivery with servers. Applicants should have at least 1 year of bartending experience and knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine.

• Clean and sanitize bar areas, glassware, equipment, and tools.
• Assist with bar opening and closing procedures.
• Address guest concerns professionally and alert management when needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

The Restaurant Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages for guests seated at the bar and in the restaurant. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bartending certification preferred (where applicable).

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a restaurant or high-volume bar.
• Experience working with servers and supporting table service preferred.
