Bermuda Lakes is creating a brand-new poolside bar and restaurant at our RV Resort, offering upscale bar favorites served fast in a casual, fun setting.

As a Bermuda Lakes Server/Bartender, you will ensure customer satisfaction by taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and addressing guest needs promptly. This role collaborates with kitchen and bar staff to deliver timely orders while maintaining a clean workspace.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Current food handling certification (e.g. ServSafe).

Responsibilities

• Takes food and beverage orders from customers at the bar or tables, entering them into the Toast system.
• Mixes cocktails, pours wine, and serves beer according to recipes or guest preferences.
• Greets guests, provides menu recommendations, and delivers high-quality service.
• Verifies ID to confirm legal drinking age and monitors consumption to prevent over-intoxication.
• Stocks bar with liquor, beer, wine, ice, and glassware; cleans tools, surfaces, and equipment.
• Processes cash and credit card payments efficiently.

As a Bermuda Lakes Server/Bartender , you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Your primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any guest needs or concerns promptly. The Server/ Bartender will collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely and accurate delivery of orders. This role requires maintaining a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all health and safety regulations. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive reviews.
