Job summary

Edgewater Golf Club in Lancaster, SC is seeking a part-time Server to welcome guests, take orders, and ensure hospitality excellence in a fast-paced golf club environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED (or 1–3 months related experience), can read and speak English, and is able to lift up to 50 pounds. Training in Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read and speak English to communicate with guests and co-workers.
• Knowledge of POS system and cash handling.
• Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide attentive service.
• Describe specials and menu items; answer questions and offer suggestions.
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Follow-up to ensure guest satisfaction and restock as needed.
• Handle checks and cash transactions using POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to service standards.
