Edison House in Salt Lake City seeks an experienced Server to craft memorable moments for members. You will guide guests through a seasonally changing menu and our curated wine and cocktail program, delivering polished, high-touch service in a premier setting.

Ideal candidates bring 2-3 years in hospitality, a current alcohol-server certificate, a food handler permit, and a strong team mindset with a passion for culture and guest experience. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Formación

• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in the hospitality industry.

• Social and curious, with an intuitive understanding of how to develop culture and entertainment that will be best-in-State.

Job Details

Job Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84101, Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time, Edison House is a social club located in downtown Salt Lake City, offering a 30,000 square foot clubhouse which includes two restaurant concepts, four bars, workout facility, private event space, concert venue, and a rooftop pool.

How

Through a creative mind and boundless energy our server team will guide our members through our Chef's carefully curated menu, lead them through our cocktail and wine program.

To be successful as a Server you will need to be

• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails, or a real eagerness to learn
• Polished, articulate, and comfortable with high-touch service
• Ability to memorize and communicate a menu that changes seasonally
• Skilled at reading tables and adjusting service style to each guest
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude under pressure
• Proficiency with POS systems (Toast experience a plus)
• Must be 21+ and hold or be able to obtain a state alcohol server permit and food handler card
• Reliable availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
