Job summary

Esplanade Golf & Country Club at Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, FL is seeking friendly Part-Time Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. You’ll provide attentive service to members and guests, take orders, and help keep dining areas welcoming.

We offer flexible scheduling, employee meals, golf benefits, and the chance to work at special events in a lively club environment. Training is provided for the right candidate who shows a positive attitude and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in restaurant, club, or hospitality service preferred.
• Willing to train the right candidate.
• Must meet all applicable requirements for serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive service to members and guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food, cocktails, wine, and other beverages.
• Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas.
• Assist with dining room, patio, bar, and event service.
• Work closely with culinary, bartenders, and fellow service team members.
• Help with opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities.
• Learn our menus, specials, events, and club service standards.
• Create a welcoming experience and build relationships with our members.

Esplanade Golf and Country Club at Lakewood Ranch, located in Bradenton, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part- Time Server! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

As season approaches, Esplanade Golf & Country Club at Lakewood Ranch is looking for friendly, dependable, and hospitality-driven Part-Time Servers to join our Food & Beverage team.

Our Food & Beverage operation includes multiple dining venues, member events, private functions, wine dinners, themed events, and an active social calendar. We are looking for team members who enjoy working with people, thrive in a team environment, and take pride in providing great service.

What You'll Do-

• Provide friendly, attentive service to members and guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food, cocktails, wine, and other beverages
