Job summary

Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, FL, is seeking a Part‑Time Beverage Cart Attendant to join Troon’s hospitality team. You will work on the golf course and at the Bunker Bar, selling drinks, snacks, and engaging guests with a warm, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include driving the beverage cart to service guests, stocking supplies, processing charges with Jonas, and ensuring all beverage operations follow state laws.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Able to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the beverage cart to service guests across the golf course.
• Maintain bar supplies and glassware; stock carts to par levels.
• Operate Jonas guest charges and card transactions.
• Greet customers promptly and provide friendly service.
• Assist in food prep and tend bar as needed.
• Follow all laws related to beverage operations.
• Close duties and clean up after shifts.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality‑focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Summary

The ideal candidate will maintain a great attitude while working on the golf course selling drinks from the beverage cart, as well as in our Bunker Bar, where they will sell snacks, hot dogs, and drinks.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests
• Maintain a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper and other supplies
• Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use
• Assure that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
• Operate Jonas, guest member charges and credit card charges according to procedure
• Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
• Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service
• Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available
• Prepare garnishes, mixes and pre‑mixed drinks
• Perform clean‑up and closing duties as assigned
• Communicate effectively with peers, management, line and front of the house employees
• Ensure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
• Assist in food preparation and tend bar as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must be able to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol

Other Qualifications

• Regular and reliable attendance
• Experience preferred but not required
