Qualifications

• 3 years driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle.
• Chauffeur's License; must have a clean driving record.
• Compassionate & care for seniors; enjoy helping residents.
• Ability to be timely, patient, and accommodating; maintain a bus schedule.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents getting on and off the bus using safe methods (lift, ambulation, transfer).
• Complete bus trip logs and routes safely and efficiently; organize route priorities.
• Maintain interior and exterior bus cleanliness.
• Fill daily inspection log at trip start and submit when completed.
• Maintain a positive attitude to support team performance and productivity.
