Provincial Senior Living is hiring a Server to join our dining team in the United States. The role focuses on delivering friendly, timely meal service, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding hospitality standards in a senior living dining room.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving meals, ensuring resident satisfaction, and training new servers while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines. EOE D/V

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in fine dining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses proper food handling and service techniques.
• Takes orders and serves meals in a friendly, timely manner.
• Ensures residents/guests are satisfied with meals.
• Maintains knowledge of specials and describes items to residents or guests.
• Keeps tables and surrounding area clean and ready.
• Follows cleaning schedules daily, weekly, monthly.
• Assists with orientation and training of new servers.
• Practices safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Sets up and cleans the dining room, upholding hospitality standards.
• Maintains appearance, cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene.
• Performs opening and closing checklist criteria.
• Assists dining room for proper flow, organization and supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
