Wingate Residences at Needham is seeking a part-time Resident Care Nurse (RN) to assist the Resident Care Director in coordinating assessments and service plans, ensuring high-quality care. The role supports compliance with state and federal guidelines and supervises CN.A staff to maintain excellent resident care within a geriatric setting.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license in the state, with at least five years in a supervisory capacity and experience in geriatric care.

Formación

• RN license in the state of facility required.
• Minimum 5 year' experience in a supervisory capacity preferred.
• Experience with geriatric care desired.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations required.

Responsabilidades

• The Resident Care Nurse assists the Resident Care Director with the coordination of assessments and service plans ensuring that care is delivered with the highest quality.
• The Wellness Nurse will assist with all aspects of compliance with all state and federal guidelines.
• Assists Resident Care Director with supervision of CN.A staff.
