Job summary

Wingate Residences at Needham, Needham, MA, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for Assisted Living to support the Resident Care Director in coordinating assessments and service plans, ensuring high-quality care in a senior living environment.

This full-time role requires MA state licensure, prior supervisory experience, and knowledge of state and federal regulations; the Wellness Nurse will supervise CNAs and promote compliant, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• RN license in MA required.

RN -- Assisted Living

JOB PURPOSE:The Resident Care Nurse assists the Resident Care Director with the coordination of assessments and service plans ensuring that care is delivered with the highest quality. The Wellness Nurse will assist with all aspects of compliance with all state and federal guidelines.
