Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities in Rogers, AR is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to help maintain a comfortable home for residents. You’ll build genuine connections with residents, guests and team members while upholding our core values of Respect, Honesty, Kindness, Compassion and Service Excellence.

Shift is Monday–Friday 8:00am–12:30pm; duties include cleaning apartments and common areas, deep cleans after move-outs, and preparing model suites, while following PPE guidelines and using approved

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.
• Experience in housekeeping in a hospitality, commercial or residential setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and learn their cleaning preferences and adjust cleaning accordingly.
• Clean residents’ apartments and community spaces on a regular schedule including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, kitchens/bathrooms, linens, trash, and seasonal tasks.
• Perform deep cleaning of apartments after move-outs and care for vacant units.
• Clean and prepare model apartments and guest suites, sanitize and restock supplies.
• Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas; follow PPE safety guidelines and use approved cleaning products.
