Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a PT/PRN Housekeeper to meticulously clean residents' apartments, public areas, and work spaces in accordance with community guidelines. You will report to the Executive Director or Housekeeping leadership and contribute to a safe, inviting environment that supports residents and staff.

This role requires delivering superior customer service with a professional image, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Clean resident apartments, common areas, and work areas in line with guidelines (policies and procedures).
• Maintain safety and cleanliness following PPE and chemical handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive cleaning of resident apartments, common areas, and offices, focusing on surfaces, fixtures, floors and carpets; ensure high cleanliness standards.
• Hazard mitigation & waste management: post safety signs as needed and remove after tasks.
• Safety protocols & supply management: follow PPE guidelines and store chemicals securely; SDS compliance.
• Operational readiness & workspace management: keep areas attractive, safe and hazard-free; store equipment after use.
• Resident service & professional image: greet residents warmly; report needs or repairs to appropriate department.
