Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a part-time Housekeeper in Beverly, MA to maintain cleanliness of residents' apartments and common areas. The role is hourly and reports to the Maintenance Director. Responsibilities

• Provide housekeeping in residents' apartments by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, trash, and linens.
• Keep common areas clean and sanitized as assigned.
• Handle and store cleaning chemicals according to safety rules.
• Report maintenance issues to the Maintenance Director.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
