Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper preferred.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment such as iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain high performance.
• Ability to follow procedures for using cleaners and power equipment.
• Working quickly without compromising quality.
• Basic reading and English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping duties in resident suites, public areas and support areas.
• Collect, clean and redistribute the community laundry.
• Partner with the community team to meet OSHA requirements and promote Risk Management.
• Practice safety procedures including PPE, fire extinguishers, MSDS, and Lockout Tagout.
