Job summary

Navion Senior Solutions is hiring a housekeeper to maintain a first-class environment in a high-quality senior living community. The role focuses on keeping resident suites and public areas clean, while supporting residents and families and upholding safety standards.

The shift runs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with every other weekend required. We offer benefits and opportunities through Tapcheck payroll integration to access earned wages quickly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cleaner/housekeeper preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Basic English reading/writing for procedures and safety.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain high performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping duties in resident suites, public areas and support spaces to meet quality standards.
• Collect, clean, and redistribute community laundry.
• Coordinate with the team to comply with OSHA and risk management policies.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE, fire extinguishers and related safety gear.
