Qualifications

• Prior janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas including offices, laundry rooms, and bathrooms.
• Prepare and maintain apartment models for prospective residents.
• Clean vacant apartments prior to move-ins following the Apartment Cleaning Checklist.
• Perform daily cleaning of common areas and report maintenance issues.
• Handle occasional exposure to damp conditions and comply with safety procedures.
• Maintain supplies and assist housekeeping supervisor.
• Support facility cleanliness and resident satisfaction.
