Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record proper food temperatures.
• Set up, maintain and sanitize serving area.
• Prepare and serve food items; restock areas.
• Clean and sanitize equipment; operate related machinery.
• Process payments using a computerized register.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and ensure food safety.
