Job summary

LCB Senior Living, LLC is seeking friendly part-time servers at The Residence at Westport to provide restaurant-style dining for residents. Earn $17.50–$20.50 per hour, with benefits highlighted for full-time staff and Paid Time Off/Holiday Pay for part-time associates.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a dining or hospitality setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Willing to work part-time 24–29 hours weekly with team flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service in a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Set tables according to LCB standards and serve beverages.
• Take and deliver accurate meal orders to residents and guests.
• Assist with dining enhancements, events, and menu planning communication.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas and equipment.
• Support team and participate in pre-meal briefings.
