Job summary

Paramark Corp is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Faribault, MN, as a part-time Senior Living Cooperative Property Manager. This flexible role is approximately 25 hours per week with an hourly wage range of $24 - $28.

You will represent Paramark on-site, manage the cooperative, coordinate with committees, and oversee daily operations, budgeting, and vendor activities while delivering excellent member service.

Qualifications

• Prior property management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent the property and Paramark, building relations with members and vendors.
• Oversee management office operations and monthly finances.
• Coordinate contracts, payments, and delinquency follow-ups.
• Prepare annual budget with oversight and finance tracking.
