Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow recipes, menus, and production guidelines.
• Experience in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare dining preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents in the dining room to build relationships and gather feedback.
• Follow monthly menus and snacks; adjust offerings to resident preferences.
• Support special events, celebrations, and themed dining experiences.
• Maintain a welcoming, home-like dining experience through food and presence.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment; wash dishes and clean areas.
• Log daily temperatures; ensure proper food handling and safety; assist audits.
