Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Westfield, NJ is seeking a Part-time Cook to prepare meals per recipes, ensure quality, follow dietary modifications, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen. You will record production quantities, temperatures, stock and rotate food, support dining service, and lead production when the Dining Services Coordinator is absent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to recipes and menus.
• Follow safety temperatures and food handling protocols.
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations.
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas.
• Assist in dishwashing and dining service as needed.
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.
