MorningStar of Mission Viejo is seeking a part-time Caregiver to provide loving care to residents in a senior living community. The position supports daily living activities and requires open availability including weekends.

We emphasize a transformative culture and servant-leadership as part of our care approach. Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living, maintaining dignity and privacy, and contributing to a caring team environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform duties in accordance with established methods and techniques and in conformance with recognized standards.
• Ensure residents privacy, respect and dignity
• Detect, correct, and report unsafe conditions which may result in harm to a resident
• Assist in daily requirements and tasks in care and treatment of residents, such as toileting, grooming, bathing, feeding, dressing, observing intake of food, care of hair and nails, moving residents from area to area, responding to calls, etc
• Demonstrate core values: Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Fairness, Respect.
• Provide maximum resident-care services within delegated tasks and communicate effectively in English.
