Job summary

Grand Living is seeking an Activities Assistant (FACETS® Assistant) to enhance resident experiences by delivering life-enriching FACETS® activities. You will operate under the FACETS® program focusing on socialization, wellness, learning, legacy, and spirituality.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year experience in activities; strong English communication is essential. Part-time, 10am–6pm with weekday hours and some weekends; benefits included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years planning, coordinating, or leading activities and events preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for resident communication.
• FACETS program includes theatre, art, music, fitness, education, event planning and recreation.

Responsibilities

• Implement FACETS program to enhance resident experiences.
• Model professional, friendly, timely and courteous interactions with residents and staff.
• Contribute to a well-rounded, refined activity program meeting resident needs.
