Job summary

Grand Living is seeking an Activities Assistant (FACETS) to enhance resident experiences through life‑enriching FACETS activities in Memory Care. The role operates on-site in Lake Mary, FL, with a schedule of 9:00am – 5:30pm and a strong emphasis on social, wellness, learning, and spiritual well‑being.

You will work under the FACETS Director to deliver First Class Happiness® to residents. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least one year of activity planning or event

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years experience in planning, coordinating, or leading activities preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English to communicate with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Enhance resident experience through implementation of the FACETS program.
• Model a friendly, courteous, and professional manner in all interactions.
• Work under the guidance of the Director of FACETS to uphold standards.
• Participate in a well-rounded activities program across activities, wellness and learning.
