Responsibilities

• Design and implement programs designed to meet the interests, mental, physical, and emotional well-being of the residents.
• Ability to teach, direct, and motivate residents into meaningful activities - comfortable leading activities in groups and one‑on‑one settings.
• Promote resident participation and community involvement through volunteer services; create programs in a manner that is respectful of individual choices.
