Visiting Angels of New Braunfels is hiring a Part Time Caregiver to support local seniors at home in communities around Seguin, Schertz, Universal City, Cibolo, San Antonio, Canyon Lake, San Marcos, Marion, and more.

This role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, health insurance options, PPE provided, and opportunities for training and growth while delivering compassionate in-home care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent time-management skills required.
• Reliable transportation to client visits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Familiarity with basic housekeeping and cooking tasks preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Training/knowledge in First Aid and emergency response is preferred.
• A heart for vulnerable people seeking meaningful companionship.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation with client input.
• Encourage clients to meet exercise and fitness goals.
• Prompt clients to take medications on schedule.
• Assist with shopping and grocery duties or shopping for clients.
• Support mobility and accompany clients to appointments or walks.
