Responsibilities

• Serve on client projects and assist in managing client relationships.
• Document and analyze processes and controls to identify improvements.
• Research best practices, policies, and organizational design.
• Interview clients to understand processes and recommend improvements.
• Support project managers in day-to-day service delivery.
• Prepare whitepapers on industry trends and issues.
• Present conclusions and recommendations using visuals and content.
• Contribute to development of articles, proposals and client presentations.
• Maintain familiarity with firm administrative requirements.
