The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. seeks a Sr.

Clinical Research Coordinator to support Graduate School of Nursing with clinical cardiovascular studies and related duties. This part-time, temporary role requires on-site presence for scheduled subject visits and office tasks. Responsibilities include binder management, scheduling via Google Calendar, prescription coordination, sample handling, and documentation to ensure GCP-compliant study conduct.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 6-8 years experience required.
• Knowledge of federal and local regulations and policies pertinent to research involving human subjects.
• Excellent interpersonal and computer skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a T1/Public Trust background investigation.

Mansioni

• Prepare, maintain, and finalize complete subject binders before, during, and after subject visits.
• Coordinate participant scheduling and follow-ups using Google Calendar.
• Manage prescription ordering and perform on-site pick-ups at the WRNMMC Investigational Pharmacy.
• Perform basic handling, processing, and dry-ice shipment preparation for clinical samples.
• Assist with routine office tasks and study documentation to ensure smooth daily operations.
