Ivy Park Cathedral Hill, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group, is hiring a Caregiver for the Saturday-Sunday AM shift. This part-time role requires a passion for elder care and may involve assisting residents with daily living activities.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match. Vaccination and health screenings may be required per regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
• Oakmont Management Group may require vaccination and PPE per regulatory guidelines

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living as specified in the care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond to residents' needs promptly while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Communicate observed changes of resident condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments
