Papa, Inc. in Menifee, CA is hiring part-time Papa Pals to provide companionship and light home assistance to older adults and families.

You schedule hourly visits (2–4 hours each) via a mobile app, with a flexible work schedule and mileage reimbursement where available.

Must be 21+, have a valid U.S. driver’s license and car insurance, access to a smartphone, and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S.-issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Access to a smartphone and a vehicle that is [VEHICLE_YEAR] or newer.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Kind-hearted, patient, and caring demeanor.
• Availability to work at least 2 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide part-time companionship and friendly company to older adults and families.
• Assist with household tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation.
• Run errands and provide transportation, as needed.
• Use the mobile app to schedule hourly visits (typically 2–4 hours each).
