Water's Edge of Lake Wales is seeking a part-time Activity Assistant to plan and lead engaging activities for residents in assisted living and memory care settings.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, strong communication, and the ability to work with a team. Weekend availability and 15–20 hours per week are required. Water's Edge offers training, uniforms, meals, and telehealth services.

Qualificações

• Experience in activity planning or senior care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and facilitate activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities.
• Motivate residents to participate in activities promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
• Ensure safety and well-being of residents during activities.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Maintain activity supplies and keep the area clean and organized.
• Document resident participation and provide feedback to the care team.
