The ideal candidate demonstrates CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence), holds a HS diploma or GED, and has CNA training or related experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates CARE values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.
• HS diploma or GED or 1-3 months' related experience/training.
• State-approved CNA training or equivalent accepted by the state.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, age-appropriate activities for residents.
• Connect with residents to support emotional and social well-being.
• Collaborate with care team to deliver comprehensive activities program.
• Balance daily schedules, manage activity prep and resident flow.
