Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Month-End Close & Financial Reporting: Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly statements.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze expenses, identify trends, variances and insights for management.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract and analyze data, build Excel-based reports and improve reporting efficiency.
• Compliance & Support: Support annual financial review, tax processes, property tax reporting, and fixed asset records maintenance
